Review Summary: The 500GB version is very good (plus it comes with a media drive)
Review Content: Really quite strange reading the three previous reviews as I had the opposite problem. I bought a slightly better spec machine from Fenwick's in Newcastle. This has a 500 GB Hard drive and better processor. Knowing about the reported problems with the media drive I ordered a 250 GB item at an additional cost of £99.00. Low and behold when it was opened up on Christmas day there was a 160 GB drive included. (no mention of this on the box). So now I don't know whether to keep hold of it as a spare, get a refund on it or sell it on eBay.
Getting back to the PC itself, compared to the big tower it replaced, I love it. I don't care fow Windows Vista I must admit. Like other PC's it also comes with too much junk software loaded. Spent several hours getting rid of unwanted programs and loading the few I use. At the end of the day its quiet and smart and does the job quite nicely. It's hard to fault HP products too much.

Review Content: After reading the previous 2 review thinking Amazon would have resolved the 160gb missing hard drive right...? wrong.. bought as a Christmas present the product did not include the 160gb Pocket Media Drive. It looks as if the description of the product has been amended to match this, but only a refund was offered to the disgruntled customer! Come on amazon fix up..

Review Content: I was very pleased when I ordered this item bacause it had all the necessary features and as a bonus the 160 gb portable media drive. but when it came there (promptly as i had paid for express delivery) was no portable media drive and I spent 48 minutes on the phone with customer service evetually they asked me to return it for a refund. Its great when you get your item corectly but loads of hassle when you have to to return the item. very unhappy. if on the outside label ther is no mention of 160 gb dont even open the box!!!
