Review Content: Fantastic product! We have a very small lawn and everyone said I ought to buy a flymo microlight, so I did. Mowing the lawn was such a chore! Getting the lumps of wet grass off the lawn and ages sweeping up the grass it sprayed out in all directions, over the patio and anything else that got in the way.
I asked on a forum for recommendations for something different and a hand pushed cylinder was the top pick.
I'm so glad I bought it-mowing the lawn now takes about 10 mins and I can even be bothered to clean the mower afterwards.
It went together really easily with no nuts or bolts missing. The grass box is really easy to get on and off and stays on well even on my lumpy bumpy lawn. It cuts beautifully-the noise makes you feel like you're in an Agatha Christie novel-lol!
On the first cut the grass was quite long, but it coped with no trouble. My lawn isn't really a shape you can do stripes on, so I've not tried that. It's really light and easy to move around. Doesn't get right to the edges, but then neither did the flymo.
Not all the clippings end up in the box, but the majority do. Those which don't are so fine you can leave them on the lawn.
A fabulous product I would recommend to anyone :)

Review Content: I like this mower. It does the job quickly and quietly on my small lawn. The cutting quality looks good as it seems to 'snip' the grass rather than 'thrash' it off. I've knocked off a star because the grass box is a bit flimsy and the cutting collection could definately be better. The blades really rotate fast and the bearing allows them to continue for a little bit even after you stop pushing the mower along. Nice.

I like this mower so much I think I will actually look after it! At least, give it a quick wipe over once its done its work, :o)

Review Content: I can't add much to what has already been said. This thing is simplicity itself, and does a beautiful job on the lawn.

Easy to use, an for some inexplicable reason, it's actually fun to use.
I suppose, if I was being ultra critical, I'd probably give it 4 1/2 out of 5, on the basis that not much grass actually goes into the grass box.
(possibly the grass on my lawn lacks a sense of direction)

But that's just being picky.

To summarise: It's simple to use, Its light, its compact, it does a fabulous job, it seems pretty solidly constructed (unlike my electric Qualcast concord 32) and it's so damn cheap.

Review Content: Really easy to assemble and use, within two weeks our 60 by 12 foot lawn is much better than it was with a Flymo, and no electric leads or noise. Only negative is the need to go round the edge first to remove stray bark chips to stop the blades jamming. When get down to lowest level of adjustment there will probably be no need to use the grass box
